Walkthroughs
The chapters in this manual each explain one screen. A real job is rarely one screen: answering "where is my consignment?" means finding the declaration, reading its corridor and knowing what its state really means.
These walkthroughs join the screens up. Each one is a job somebody actually does, followed from the first click to the last, with links to the chapter that explains each screen properly. Read the chapters for detail; read these for order.

Nothing in ITS forces the order below. Your administration may have its own procedure, and where it differs from these pages, follow your administration. These walkthroughs show what the portal makes possible and the order that avoids the most backtracking.
None of these walkthroughs lodges, stamps or amends a declaration. Those acts are done by each administration's customs system; see Who uses ITS.
